Yes, Bud's is now doing a light breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 10:30 am. For now it is a simple menu for a light breakdast on the go, but will expand as time goes on.

Fried Egg with mild cheddar cheese, bacon,
lettuce and tomato on a toasted English Muffin.

Fried Egg with a breakfast sausage patty and mild cheddar cheese
on a toasted English Muffin.
- Andouille and Bean Breakfast Burrito $3.75
Two scrambled eggs with Andouille pork sausage, mild salsa, red beans, and mild cheddar cheese in a flour tortilla.
- "Jambalaya" Breakfast Burrito $4.50
Two scrambled eggs in our Jambalaya base of Andouille pork sausage, Tasso ham, caramelized bell pepper, onion, and celery, in a flour tortilla.
- Hot Oatmeal $1.75
Served with brown sugar and milk.
